At Wrapped Goddess, every waist bead strand is handcrafted with intention, care, and love. Because of the intimate nature of our products and our custom tie-on process, all sales are final.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Due to hygiene reasons and the custom, handmade nature of our waist beads:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
All tie-on sessions, appointments, and party bookings are non-refundable.
If a deposit is required, it is used to reserve your time and is non-refundable if you cancel or miss the appointment.
Rescheduling may be available depending on availability.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will gladly remake or replace the item if verified.

If your tie-on breaks due to misuse, snagging, or normal wear and tear, this is not considered a defect. We are not responsible for repairs or replacements unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.
